We have a dedicated data processing register that outlines data we process and the respective retention periods. We have a dedicated person who is responsible for data privacy, Adrian Jacob (adrian@thefxboutique.com 0203 745 7045). All employees understand the retention period and we adhere to it. Data is maintained in protected environments and personal data is is protected. We, along with third party providers, maintain data for a minimum of five years. Staff know how to identify and report data breeches and any data breaches that affect Currency Cloud customers will be reported to Currency Cloud as soon as possible.
